Three Wheeler Van Sales Representative – Manufacturing

About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Three Wheeler Van Sales Representative to drive a three‑wheeler vehicle along an assigned route, sell and deliver products to retail outlets, and achieve sales targets in the Westlands area.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the three‑wheeler safely on the designated sales route.
• Sell and deliver products to existing and new retail customers.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Onboard new customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Collect cash or mobile payments and reconcile them accurately.
• Maintain records of sales, collections and stock movements.
• Load and unload products, monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility at outlets.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Keep the vehicle clean, branded and road‑worthy.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on sales, collections, routes and stock.

Required profile

• KCSE certificate; a sales, marketing or business certificate/diploma is a plus.
• 1–2 years experience in FMCG, van sales or direct sales.
• Valid three‑wheeler driving licence.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Basic numeracy and record‑keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Knowledge of the Westlands sales territory is advantageous.
