TukTuk & Motorbike Sales Representative (3 openings)

About the role

We are looking for energetic TukTuk and motorbike sales representatives to join our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) distribution team in Nairobi. You will be responsible for delivering products to retail shops and general trade outlets while building strong relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and distribute company FMCG products to retail shops and general trade outlets.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to assigned customers and routes.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Plan and follow assigned sales routes efficiently, covering all customers in the area.
• Maintain consistent customer visits, collect orders and handle payments where applicable.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and shop owners.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the territory.
• Safely handle stock issued for distribution and keep accurate records.
• Submit daily sales and delivery reports and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• Valid license to operate a TukTuk and/or motorcycle.
• Proven experience as a TukTuk or motorcycle rider salesperson.
• Good knowledge of local routes within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and reliable in handling stock and cash.

Required skills

• Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
• Effective time‑management and route‑planning skills.
