About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic wait staff to join Choma Shack – Cool Waters in Nairobi’s Westlands district. The role is full‑time and involves delivering friendly, efficient service to our guests in a vibrant restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and communicate them to kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area.
- Respond positively to customer requests and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Learn and follow the restaurant’s service standards and procedures.
Required profile
- Positive energy and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Team‑player mindset.
- Professional appearance and positive work attitude.
- Previous waitressing or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
