Warehouse and Logistics Manager

About the role

The Warehouse and Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end order fulfillment, combining customer service, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely deliveries, high customer satisfaction, and smooth collaboration across sales, operations, and transportation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the customer service team, managing order processing, returns, complaints, and after‑sales support while monitoring performance metrics.
• Develop and enforce customer service policies and resolve escalated issues promptly.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities, ensuring accurate inventory reconciliation.
• Implement and optimise Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes and maintain health, safety, and compliance standards.
• Plan and manage transportation schedules, coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third‑party logistics providers.
• Monitor shipping performance, control transportation costs, and improve route efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports and analyse logistics KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in operations, warehouse, logistics or customer service management.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, organisational and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
