Zoho ERP & Systems Implementation Consultant – 2‑Week Contract

About the role

MMT Alliance is launching a two‑week intensive project to deploy a fully integrated Zoho Enterprise Operating System across its construction and infrastructure business. The consultant will work onsite in Nairobi, designing and configuring a comprehensive Zoho ecosystem that supports project delivery, procurement, finance, HR, document control and executive reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure Zoho CRM to manage companies, contacts, tenders and automatic project creation.
• Set up Zoho Projects workspaces covering project overview, funding, procurement, operations, finance and close‑out.
• Implement Zoho Books for project accounting, AP/AR, payroll, tax and cash‑flow reporting.
• Configure Zoho Inventory for procurement workflow, purchase orders, warehouse and asset tracking.
• Deploy Zoho People for employee records, recruitment, leave, attendance and performance management.
• Build Zoho WorkDrive document repository with folder structure, permissions and version control.
• Create executive dashboards in Zoho Analytics covering projects, tender pipeline, financials and HR metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑grade Zoho implementations.
• Strong understanding of construction or infrastructure business processes.
• Ability to work full‑time onsite for the full two‑week period.
