About the role

We are seeking a driven, customer‑focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our expanding client base. You will build long‑term relationships, understand client objectives, and ensure they receive maximum value from our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the trusted liaison for assigned accounts, fostering strong partnerships and high retention.
• Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and clear path to success.
• Monitor key account metrics, evaluate progress, and identify opportunities for expansion or upselling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and address feedback promptly.
• Maintain structured records of account interactions, follow‑ups, and milestone progress.

Required profile

• 10 years of experience in account management, business development, client relations, or sales.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate client goals and map actionable pathways.
• Self‑motivated, capable of managing time efficiently, prioritising tasks, and working independently or within a team.
