About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Accounting Intern to join our finance team. This internship offers a recent graduate or early‑career professional the chance to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic accounting environment while supporting day‑to‑day financial operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA Part II or higher (actively pursuing CPA qualification is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and strong ethical standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or relevant ERP systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for analyzing and interpreting large data sets.
- Familiarity with Kenyan tax laws and experience using KRA online systems (iTax, TIMS).
