Acquisitions Manager – Home Buying Specialist

About the role

This fully remote position is focused on acquiring residential properties for a fast‑moving real‑estate team in Kenya. You will act as the primary point of contact for property sellers, guiding each deal from the first conversation to closing while delivering a professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage seller leads generated by marketing, building rapport and trust throughout the sales cycle.
• Collect and analyse property information to support accurate valuations.
• Lead negotiations with sellers, structuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Manage each transaction from qualification through contract execution and hand‑off to the closing team.
• Collaborate with marketing, acquisitions, and closing colleagues to keep deals progressing efficiently.
• Monitor market trends and opportunities to inform acquisition strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven high‑ticket sales experience (real estate, luxury goods, financial services, or similar).
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex, high‑value deals.
• Strong negotiation, objection‑handling, and closing abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build trusted relationships.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
