Agent Success Lead

About the role

Afriqahome is a Kenyan property marketplace that connects buyers with agents and developers. We are looking for an Agent Success Lead to become the trusted face of our platform in Nairobi, building strong relationships with agents and ensuring their listings become live, active sources of buyer enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit real‑estate agents in Kilimani, Kileleshwa and Lavington.
• Introduce Afriqahome in person and follow up via WhatsApp.
• Onboard agents, guiding them through setup, first listing and first buyer inquiry.
• Support agents on‑site during their initial transactions without taking over the work.
• Design and run a monthly programme for 8‑15 invited agents.
• Organise larger quarterly sessions with external speakers such as conveyancing advocates, valuers or mortgage desk representatives.
• Conduct hands‑on clinics where agents learn to photograph and write effective listings.
• Choose venues, guest lists, topics and ensure ongoing engagement.

Required profile

• At least two years of face‑to‑face persuasion experience (property, insurance, telecom, FMCG, etc.).
• Comfortable walking into offices unannounced and securing next steps.
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
• Based in Nairobi and able to travel daily within the focus area.
• Confident presenter capable of leading sessions for experienced agents.
• Highly organised with strong CRM documentation habits.
• Optional: existing network among Nairobi agents, experience running events or training, early‑stage startup experience.
