About the role

This remote, full‑time position combines AI‑driven video generation with hands‑on editing to produce high‑performing direct‑response ads for Meta and TikTok. You will own the creative process from brief interpretation to launch‑ready assets, working on UGC‑style talking‑head clips, product scenes, b‑roll, and conversion‑focused storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Generate AI video assets for Meta and TikTok advertising, including talking‑head clips, product scenes, and complete concept videos.
• Develop and refine prompts, reference images, and generation settings while maintaining a reusable prompt library.
• Edit high‑volume direct‑response ads by blending AI‑generated footage with scripts, raw footage, UGC, and approved product assets.
• Create compelling hooks, rapid pacing, subtitles, pattern interrupts, product demonstrations, offers, and clear calls‑to‑action.
• Produce multiple variations of successful concepts by testing different hooks, scenes, characters, and visual treatments.
• Maintain visual consistency across characters, products, and brand assets, and quality‑check AI‑generated content for realism and accuracy.
• Add motion graphics using After Effects or equivalent tools and ensure compliance with platform and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists and the Paid Social team, organize project files in Google Drive or Frame.io, and stay current with evolving AI video models.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in creative or video production, preferably in e‑commerce or direct‑response paid‑social editing.
• Portfolio demonstrating conversion‑focused ads and AI‑generated video work.
