AI Workflow & Automation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an AI Workflow & Automation Specialist to design, build and maintain AI‑enhanced automation solutions for our recruitment and business operations. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑assisted workflows using no‑code/low‑code platforms.
• Automate lead generation, CRM management, outreach, reporting, scheduling and other business operations.
• Create reusable AI prompts for emails, research, reports and documentation.
• Map existing processes, recommend improvements and integrate applications via Zapier, Make, Airtable, Power Automate, HubSpot and similar tools.
• Test, troubleshoot, monitor and maintain automation workflows.
• Organise and validate business data to ensure workflow accuracy.
• Prepare SOPs, workflow documentation, user guides and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with data‑privacy, security and responsible AI practices.
• Produce performance reports and recommend continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in workflow automation, AI tools, business systems or CRM administration.
• Hands‑on experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Airtable Automations or HubSpot Workflows.
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
