About the role

The AMO Supervisor leads daily production operations, ensuring that activities align with business objectives and client contracts. Working within Baker Hughes' global energy technology environment, the role combines operational oversight, cross‑functional collaboration, and client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with business‑unit personnel to define tasks, schedule production, and resolve technical issues.
• Oversee implementation of standardized production control processes while allowing flexible adaptations.
• Supervise daily team activities, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
• Manage client interactions within contractual limits, ensuring satisfaction and compliance.
• Participate in production planning, resource allocation, and performance reporting, analyzing data for bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
