Apprentice & Adult Education Partner

About the role

The Apprentice & Adult Education Partner will act as a trusted People & Organization (P&O) partner for apprentices, adult learners and the education department. You will support the implementation of organizational changes and help raise the visibility of the education programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide credible P&O partnering for all apprentices, adult learners and the education department.
• Drive local implementation of organizational changes in line with Austrian regulations, coordinating with works councils and youth works councils.
• Support recruitment processes and on‑site education delivery.
• Strengthen the public presence of the education department, expanding its social‑media footprint.

Required profile

• Several years of generalist HR experience covering the full employee life‑cycle.
• Strong social skills and a genuine interest in working with young people.
• Interest or background in apprenticeship education.
• Knowledge of Austrian labour law.
• Excellent communication, organizational talent and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in German and English.
