Apprentice & Adult Education Partner (m/f/d)

About the role

As an Apprentice & Adult Education Partner you will act as a trusted People & Organization (P&O) advisor for apprentices, adult learners and the education department. You will help translate organisational changes into practice while supporting recruitment and on‑site training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide credible P&O partnering for all apprentices, adults and the education department.
• Drive local implementation of organisational changes in line with country regulations, works council and youth works council.
• Support recruitment processes and on‑site education programmes.
• Strengthen the public presence of the education department and expand its social‑media visibility.

Required profile

• Several years of generalist HR experience across the employee life‑cycle.
• High social skills and a genuine interest in working with young people.
• Strong interest or connection to apprenticeship education.
• Knowledge of Austrian labour law.
• Excellent communication, organisational talent and strong teamwork.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English.
