Assistant Project Coordinator – Security & ICT Projects

About the role

The Assistant Project Coordinator will support the delivery of security and ICT installation projects from kickoff through final handover. You will act as the central point of contact for engineers, technicians, subcontractors and clients, ensuring schedules, resources and communications are tightly managed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules, work plans and resource allocations for security and ICT projects.
• Lead kick‑off meetings, site mobilisation and daily coordination of engineers, technicians, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress against deadlines, chase overdue actions and flag potential delays.
• Organise site surveys, installations, testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring teams have the required tools, materials and site access.
• Serve as the single coordination point for clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers, handling all communications and documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, ICT, project management).
• Mandatory prior experience in coordinating security or ICT installation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple sites, schedules and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
