Associate Manager - Student & Member Support Services

About the role

You will lead member and student engagement across Europe, driving retention, progression and community growth for a professional association. Working with members, students, volunteers and partners, you will deliver an outstanding experience and strengthen the value of membership.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the Europe member community through digital and in‑person channels.
• Manage the Engage365 community platform – content planning, volunteer coordination, campaigns and performance tracking.
• Support students and candidates through progression journeys and FCMA application processing.
• Design and deliver targeted campaigns to encourage membership upgrades and fellowship.
• Plan and execute member and student events across Europe, handling end‑to‑end logistics.
• Create regular communications – newsletters, social media posts, newsflashes and campaign emails.
• Develop and expand relationships with external partners delivering member benefits such as recruitment, learning and professional services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in membership organisations, professional associations, higher education or customer‑success roles.
• Proven track record of engaging and supporting customers, members or student communities.
• Experience planning and delivering events, webinars or community programmes.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM, marketing automation and community platforms.
• Business fluency in English.
