Associate Product Manager

About the role

Solvo Global is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help shape the development and delivery of innovative software products. You will work closely with senior product leadership and cross‑functional teams, gaining hands‑on experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and launch execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support product vision, strategy and roadmap planning.
• Gather and document product requirements and user stories.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends and business needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Support teams.
• Participate in feature prioritisation and product launch activities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Monitor product performance and user‑engagement metrics.
• Advocate for customer needs throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience or exposure to product management, product ownership or business analysis.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Aha! or Productboard.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication abilities.
• Basic understanding of software development processes.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.
