Associate Regional Store Coordinator

About the role

The Associate Regional Store Coordinator will manage inventory across Sun King’s retail centres and field‑based agents in the Westlands region. The role requires regular travel, data‑driven decision‑making and close collaboration with warehouse, sales and marketing teams to ensure stores operate efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist daily operations of retail centres and coordinate with the warehouse to keep stock available for sale.
• Support retail executives in meeting KPIs and identify improvement areas with the sales team.
• Initiate and track inventory sign‑offs, report damages/losses for insurance claims, and conduct scheduled or ad‑hoc inventory audits.
• Review and optimise existing processes and controls to reduce redundancies.
• Represent the department in internal and external meetings related to inventory and store management.
• Manage handovers between retail executives and relievers, verify qualifications, and process reliever payments.
• Participate in recruitment interviews alongside HR for new store staff.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to evaluate potential new store locations.
• Monitor asset condition at stores, coordinate repairs with the admin team, and ensure assets remain operational.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Finance or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in finance, supply chain or statistics.
• Knowledge of contract management and ability to handle large data sets.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong multitasking, goal‑orientation and ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data manipulation.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
