About the role
We are looking for a qualified Auditor to join BrighterMonday Consulting’s finance team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will lead audit engagements, produce accurate reports and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing and local regulations.
- Prepare clear, accurate and timely audit reports.
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Identify risks, recommend improvements and strengthen internal controls.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance audit processes.
Required profile
- CPA qualification (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in auditing.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
