B2B Export Sales Agent – Nairobi

About the role

The B2B Export Sales Agent will drive international business growth for a packaging and manufacturing services provider in Nairobi. You will identify overseas buyers, present tailored solutions, and manage the full sales cycle to expand export revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target potential international buyers, distributors, and corporate customers.
• Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, networking, trade directories and digital platforms.
• Conduct sales meetings, present packaging solutions, and prepare quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely order fulfilment.
• Track sales activities, market trends and competitor movements, and report performance regularly.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in export sales, B2B sales or international business development.
• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, FMCG or industrial products is an advantage.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships and close deals.
