About the role
Teltonika is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to drive the growth of its Networking Solutions business in East Africa. Based in Nairobi, you will promote industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment to clients operating in Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy projects.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing B2B clients through presentations, visits, and regular communication.
- Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging technical sales experience in IoT and networking.
- Represent Teltonika at exhibitions and meetings abroad.
- Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to meet customer requirements.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record.
- Technical and sales background in IoT and networking solutions.
- Hunter mentality with proactive approach to acquiring new business.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Organised, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
