Barista – Coffee & Beverage Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our café team in Westlands. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality coffee and beverage drinks while delivering friendly, professional service to every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Take customer orders accurately, process payments and operate the POS system.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders and other café equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, workstations and equipment.
• Restock cups, ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
• Ensure food and beverages are presented attractively.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Follow health, safety and food‑hygiene regulations at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing café operations and promote menu items.
