Behavior Technician – ABA Therapy

About the role

Brightview Care is seeking compassionate and energetic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this role you will support children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, working under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst.

Key responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Accurately collect, record, and maintain patient behavior data and medical documentation.
• Educate patients and families on behavioral strategies and techniques.
• Assist with behavior management to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenges.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Required profile

• Completion of the Autism Partnership Foundation Course.
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.
• Strong communication skills for educating families and collaborating with the team.
