Betting Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Betting Operations Manager to lead and coordinate daily activities across trading, marketing and customer support within our betting division. The role focuses on driving profitability while ensuring strict compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of trading, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Analyze betting odds, manage risk exposure and evaluate slot performance to maximise profitability.
• Enforce Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) protocols, manage cash handling and supervise control systems.
• Lead multi‑departmental teams, fostering communication and strong management practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive management experience in the gaming or betting industry.
• Proven experience with AML compliance, cash handling and operational control systems.
• Valid driver’s licence is an advantage.
