About the role

The Bicycle Sales Representative will develop channel sales strategies, monitor performance and build strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Kitengela area. The role focuses on driving bicycle sales, increasing market presence and delivering measurable results for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel sales strategies for bicycle products.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and report insights.
• Identify, approach and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct market research and gather intelligence to inform sales tactics.
• Manage stock and inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
• Promote the brand through roadshows, merchandising and on‑site demonstrations.

Required profile

• Age between 21 and 30 years.
• Male gender.
• Own a smartphone and be confident riding a bicycle.
• Strong sales drive, resilience and ability to work independently.
• High school (secondary) education or equivalent.
