Bilingual Sales Development Representative

About the role

The company is seeking a Bilingual Sales Development Representative to join its Nairobi office. You will drive outbound prospecting efforts, engage prospects across multiple channels, and set up qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new leads.
• Execute multi‑channel campaigns and follow up with prospects.
• Qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo.
• Meet daily and monthly activity, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth hand‑off of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO sales, outbound calling, or call‑center environments.
• Proven track record using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo).
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) with a minimal accent.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven setting.
