Bilingual Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Bilingual Sales Development Representative to join our Nairobi office. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting up meetings for the sales team, using a multi‑channel outreach approach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach to prospects.
• Execute multi‑channel campaigns across phone, email and social platforms.
• Qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Apollo.
• Meet daily and monthly activity, conversion and target achievement metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales development, outbound prospecting or call‑center environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) with a clear accent.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven setting.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot.
• Hands‑on experience with Apollo.
