Branch Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Jacaranda Maternity facility in Westlands, Nairobi. The role combines clinical oversight with operational leadership to ensure high‑quality, client‑centric maternal and child health services.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and enforce compliance with Jacaranda’s code of conduct, policies, and performance standards.
• Monitor staff adherence to customer‑service standards and maintain 24‑hour accountability for patient care decisions.
• Lead execution of strategies developed with senior management, streamlining operations for success.
• Oversee clinical and operations teams, providing guidance to coordinators and ensuring seamless branch operations.
• Manage personnel matters, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

Required profile

• Degree in any medical field from a recognized university; a business or health‑systems management degree is a plus.
• Active licence from the relevant medical authority.
• Minimum five years of experience as a licensed medical professional in a leadership role within a busy health facility.
• Previous experience as a Hospital Administrator or Branch Manager is advantageous.
