Branch Supervisor – Nairobi

About the role

The Branch Supervisor will lead the daily operations of a Java House outlet in Westlands, Nairobi. This role ensures exceptional customer service, maintains product quality, and drives profitability while upholding the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front‑of‑house staff, schedule shifts and manage attendance.
• Handle cash, operate the point‑of‑sale system and reconcile daily sales.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks and place orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports and suggest improvement actions.
• Train new employees and support ongoing staff development.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Food & Beverage service or a related field.
• Minimum two years of front‑of‑house operations or stand‑in manager experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.
• Strong work ethic, result‑oriented and self‑driven.
