Brand & Admissions Associate

About the role

Nova Pioneer is seeking a dynamic Brand & Admissions Associate to join its Kenya Marketing function. The role is primarily remote with occasional visits to school campuses in Tatu City. You will help expand the school’s footprint across Kenya while delivering an exceptional experience for prospective parents and students.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms, newsletters, blogs, video and web channels, measuring impact bi‑weekly.
• Plan and execute admissions and brand events, liaising with external partners and analysing event effectiveness.
• Track each applicant through the admissions funnel, providing timely updates and maintaining brand‑aligned communications.
• Lead written, verbal and electronic communications to parents, including copy‑editing and proofreading.
• Maintain the Brand and Admissions dashboard, preparing regular reports on progress against targets.
• Coordinate procurement of marketing and admissions materials within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce or related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in marketing or communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive pitch.
• Data‑driven mindset: ability to structure, analyse and present data insights.
• Excellent project‑management abilities, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Entrepreneurial, empathetic and strategic thinker who can work independently.
• Passion for education and familiarity with the education sector.
• Social‑media savvy and comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
