About the role

AMG Realtors is seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to shape and elevate the company’s brand presence in the competitive real‑estate market. You will lead the development of long‑term brand strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, positioning, and messaging frameworks.
• Plan and execute integrated 360‑degree marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on‑ground platforms.
• Lead go‑to‑market plans for new product launches, coordinating cross‑functional input.
• Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and operations to align marketing efforts.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform branding decisions.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships to deliver high‑quality creative assets.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and optimize based on insights.
• Oversee brand budgets, campaign spend, and provide ROI analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in brand management or a similar marketing role.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑channel campaigns and work with external agencies.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong project‑management capabilities.
