Brand Manager – Specialty Coffee

About the role

As the Brand Manager you will shape how Spring Valley Coffee looks, feels and communicates across packaging, campaigns, digital content, events and cafés in Nairobi and London. This hands‑on role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for specialty coffee branding.

Key responsibilities

• Protect and develop the Spring Valley brand identity across every customer touchpoint.
• Develop and execute campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
• Create and manage packaging, menus, signage and other physical brand assets.
• Support brand experience in cafés in Nairobi and London.
• Brief and manage designers, photographers, printers and other creative partners.
• Contribute to website and e‑commerce platform development.
• Assist with events, collaborations and brand partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of brand principles, positioning and visual identity.
• Excellent creative judgement with high attention to typography, photography and packaging.
• Proactive, ideas‑led and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
