About the role
The Business Analyst – Debt Collection will support Mogo Kenya Limited by analysing and optimising debt collection processes. The role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and translated into actionable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and improve debt collection processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications or user stories.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Operations Improvement or similar roles.
- Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic setting.
