Business Continuity Plan (BCP) – Dispatch / ISP Lead

About the role

The Business Continuity Plan (BCP) – Dispatch / ISP Lead ensures that service delivery continues smoothly during network outages, emergencies, or any operational disruption. You will act as the central coordination point between clients, field technicians, logistics, and internal teams to minimise downtime and protect SLA commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Activate and execute business continuity procedures during incidents and system failures.
• Coordinate incident response, escalating critical issues and tracking restoration progress.
• Maintain continuous communication with client stakeholders, providing timely updates on outages and recovery.
• Lead dispatch and technical teams, reallocating workloads and ensuring technician coverage during emergencies.
• Monitor ticket queues for FTTH installations, relocations, upgrades and maintenance to prevent SLA breaches.
• Track and prioritise ageing or critical tickets, implementing alternative dispatch processes when systems are down.

Required profile

• Entry‑level (minimum 2 years) experience in business continuity, incident management or related operational roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate teams under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for client updates and internal reporting.
