Business Development Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to drive client acquisition for our courier and logistics solutions. You will focus on corporate clients while also targeting SMEs and retailers, onboarding them onto our app and encouraging active usage.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate, SME and retail clients.
• Onboard clients onto the company app and promote regular transactions.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, field visits, referrals and networking.
• Achieve targets for customer acquisition, sales, onboarding and revenue.
• Follow up on leads, proposals and opportunities to convert them into customers.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and submit regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to resolve client issues and improve satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 2 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• CRM usage for tracking leads and client interactions.
