Business Development Executive (Nairobi)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Nairobi. The role focuses on generating new leads, expanding our client base for legal services, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals and digital platforms.
• Conduct market research to uncover potential clients and emerging trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Support marketing initiatives, develop promotional materials and monitor competitor activity.
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients, meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions and sales activities; prepare regular business development reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• At least 6 months experience in services sales and marketing, preferably in professional services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
