Business Development Manager

About the role

Fahari Link, a subsidiary of Tatu City, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive residential and corporate sales growth for its high‑speed internet and ICT services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify growth areas, customer segments and emerging trends.
• Engage landlords and property managers to secure building access for multi‑dwelling unit (MDU) construction.
• Identify new property developments and collaborate with stakeholders to expand Fahari Link’s footprint.
• Work with marketing and product development teams to align new business opportunities and sales strategies with company objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the assigned sales team to improve performance and meet goals.
• Negotiate contract proposals and sales agreements with clients and business partners.
• Collaborate with technical and management teams to design customized infrastructure solutions for clients.
• Partner with marketing to create and execute communication strategies, measuring their effectiveness.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor progress and continuously improve sales outcomes.
