About the role
CASA MARKETING SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking a full‑time Business Development Manager to join its Nairobi office. You will drive new revenue streams, nurture client relationships and help shape the company’s growth strategy in the fast‑moving retail merchandising sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and present tailored proposals, presentations and sales pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized merchandising solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track progress and report on performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales or client relationship management.
- Strong market research and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Organizational and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Experience in retail, merchandising or a closely related industry is a plus.
