Business Development Manager – Outsourced Finance & Advisory

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to own the end‑to‑end commercial process of acquiring new clients across East Africa for a fast‑growing professional services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire mid‑size companies, regional start‑ups and expanding enterprises for outsourced finance solutions.
• Sell a portfolio of services including accounting, tax compliance, IFRS financial reporting, payroll and fractional‑CFO advisory.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, working autonomously in a high‑autonomy environment.
• Collaborate with a back‑office team of chartered accountants operating in seven continental markets.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within finance or professional services.
• Strong ability to work independently and meet targets across a regional market.

• Competitive monthly salary of KES 80,000 – 100,000.
• Uncapped commission structure.
