Business Operations Associate – Google Workspace (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to support a global technology leader by optimizing Google Workspace tools for a distributed workforce. This remote contract position focuses on managing user accounts, providing Tier‑2 support, and delivering training to improve collaboration and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage Google Workspace services such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet for internal teams.
• Provide Tier‑2 technical support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Design and deliver training sessions on Google Workspace functionality and best practices.
• Monitor system performance, recommend workflow improvements, and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce data protection and access controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Google Workspace environments, including user provisioning and access management.
• Hands‑on involvement in migration projects and integration of third‑party applications.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for Google Workspace applications and related systems.
• Ability to create clear technical training materials for end‑users.
• Understanding of Google Workspace security features and data protection protocols.
