Business Operations Associate – Google Workspace (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to support a global technology leader by optimizing Google Workspace tools for a distributed workforce. This remote, contract position focuses on managing user accounts, delivering training, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage Google Workspace accounts, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for Workspace issues and escalate complex cases.
• Design and deliver training sessions on Workspace functionality and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and recommend workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce compliance and security policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Google Workspace, including user provisioning and access management.
• Background in migration projects and integrating third‑party applications.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for Workspace applications.
• Ability to create clear technical training materials for end‑users.
• Understanding of Workspace security features and data protection protocols.
