Business Sales Representative – EAE & SMB

About the role

The Business Sales Representative will drive DStv Business sales within the assigned territory in Bomet. You will identify new B2B opportunities, build client relationships and deliver presentations to grow the market share.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct market research and pinpoint potential clients in target sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
• Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven B2B sales experience in the Kenyan market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Strong understanding of the Kenyan business landscape, especially in the Bomet region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure and tight deadlines.
