Business Supervisor – Project & External Relations

About the role

The Business Supervisor will drive the planning, execution and monitoring of key projects while managing external relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role supports senior management by coordinating cross‑functional teams, handling administrative functions and representing the company in external forums.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, execution, monitoring and risk mitigation; organize meetings, record minutes and maintain project documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations and business partners; coordinate licensing, permits and regulatory updates.
• Organize business meetings, company events, VIP visits and official receptions; draft correspondence, reports and official letters.
• Supervise administrative service providers, oversee office facilities, fixed assets and ensure operational efficiency.
• Support compliance policies, monitor local laws, coordinate inspections, audits and contribute to CSR and public affairs initiatives.
• Provide administrative and informational support to facilitate management decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Law, Public Relations, International Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, corporate affairs, administration or business operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial or multinational environments is preferred.
• Experience in external affairs is an added advantage.
