Call Center & Logistics Assistant

About the role

The Call Center & Logistics Assistant will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, bookings and coordinating daily pickups and deliveries. This role blends customer service with logistics coordination to ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Process bookings, capture accurate service details and maintain records.
• Coordinate and monitor daily pickups and deliveries, liaising with riders, drivers and branch teams.
• Handle complaints, follow up on service satisfaction and escalate complex issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Promote services through upselling, cross‑selling and informing customers of promotions.
• Monitor turnaround times and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, call centre operations or logistics coordination.
• Experience coordinating riders, drivers or field teams is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
