About the role
The Cleaning Supervisor will lead a team of cleaning staff to ensure high‑quality hygiene standards across multiple sites. This role involves planning daily tasks, monitoring performance and guaranteeing a safe, clean environment for guests and employees.
Key responsibilities
- Allocate daily cleaning duties to staff and adjust assignments as needed.
- Inspect completed work to verify compliance with service standards.
- Monitor attendance and punctuality of the cleaning team.
- Maintain and enforce health, safety and cleaning procedures.
- Report operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Required profile
- Previous experience in cleaning operations or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of cleaning methods and safety practices.
- Capability to manage teams and resolve operational challenges.
