About the role

We are seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to lead the implementation of new client projects, ensuring a smooth transition from kickoff to go‑live. The role is based onsite in Kenya and works Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑6 pm US time zones.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding and implementation projects.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding journey.
Gather client requirements and translate them into operational workflows.
Coordinate cross‑functional internal teams to meet delivery timelines.
Track project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates.
Support continuous process improvements and maintain documentation.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management or a related field.
3‑5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project management or operations.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
Experience working with CRM and project management tools.
