Client Service Officer – French Speaking

About the role

Citi is seeking a bilingual Client Service Officer to provide after‑sales support to its banking clients. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service through phone and email, ensuring client satisfaction and aligning delivery capabilities with customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking clients, handling inquiries via telephone and email.
• Collaborate with internal partners to obtain solutions and resolve client issues promptly.
• Advocate and drive process improvements to enhance service quality.
• Participate in customer feedback loops, root‑cause analysis, and identification of improvement opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of client relationships, providing training on Citi products and services.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in client service or a similar field.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both English and French.
• Strong analytical, investigative and risk‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently within a team.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
