Client Services Manager

About the role

The Manager – Client Services will lead brand and agency relationships, drive media revenue and deliver data‑led advertising solutions across MAF Retail’s media ecosystem. Based at the Head Office in Kenya, you will shape retail media offerings and ensure high‑performing campaigns for digital, in‑store and omni‑channel touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting retail media products.
• Plan, execute and monitor client campaigns, providing regular performance updates.
• Create and sell tailored media proposals that generate strong ROI.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and track activities.
• Serve as the primary contact for brand and agency partners, aligning campaigns with their business objectives and marketing calendars.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure strategic alignment across countries.
• Contribute to the evolution of the retail media proposition and identify new commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in client management, media sales or digital advertising.
• Proven success in media sales, especially digital display, preferably within retail media.
• Entrepreneurial self‑starter with strong motivation and a collaborative team spirit.
