Clinical Application Specialist

About the role

The Clinical Application Specialist will lead training and support activities for Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) products across the assigned region. You will act as the technical bridge between customers, sales, and product development, ensuring optimal clinical use and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute training plans for DSA product applications, delivering timely on‑site education.
• Identify and resolve customers' clinical challenges, enhancing satisfaction and fostering long‑term relationships.
• Gather feedback, clinical images, and case studies to support sales initiatives and new product research.
• Establish and maintain regional expert networks, assisting customers with scientific research.
• Manage reference hospital relationships and coordinate visits.
• Provide pre‑sales and after‑sales product demonstrations, supporting sales and marketing teams to meet targets.
• Organise promotions, exhibitions, and other marketing activities as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medical imaging diagnosis, medical imaging technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years as a radiographer/radiologist or 3+ years as an application specialist in a specific imaging modality.
• Strong knowledge of DSA technology, operation, and clinical imaging principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
• Proven customer‑service mindset and teamwork orientation.
• High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and travel frequently.
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Experience with other manufacturers (e.g., GE, Philips, Siemens) is a plus.
