Clinical Software & Integration Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Software & Integration Support Specialist to be the first‑line point of contact for our Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS) and related clinical applications. You will help staff resolve issues, maintain configurations, onboard new users and clinics, and ensure smooth daily operation of critical software.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for clinical software and PIMS applications, managing incidents and service requests through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot user issues related to patient records, billing, appointments, reporting, templates, and access.
• Escalate complex problems and vendor‑related defects as needed.
• Maintain system configurations, templates, forms, user groups, and operational settings.
• Support onboarding of new users, clinics, and workflows.
• Assist with system standardisation initiatives and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Create and maintain knowledge‑base articles, procedures, and user documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure requests comply with governance and change‑management processes and participate in CAB discussions.

Required profile

• Experience supporting end users with business‑critical software platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience using service‑desk or ticketing systems.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
